1-1 Single Sessions

One-on-one wellness coaching designed for the specific needs of each client. These sessions will help cultivate a path and plan for an integrative lifestyle. These sessions may be “add-on” sessions to Three or Six month coaching. Topics such as diet, exercise, relationships, profession, mindfulness, self-care and more will be discussed to create a perfect path for each individual.

Each session is one hour.

Three Month Wellness Coaching

This is a three-month journey to an integrative, holistic lifestyle. This journey will be designed for the specific needs of each client and will focus on integrating all aspects of life—mind, body, heart and soul.  During our journey together you will receive relevant books, articles, videos, recipes, guidance and more that is customized for your personal lifestyle.

This package includes six one-on-one sessions, two times per month via Zoom.

Six Month Wellness Coaching

This is a six-month journey to an integrative, holistic lifestyle. This journey will be designed for the specific needs of each client and will focus on integrating all aspects of life such as diet, exercise, relationships, profession, mindfulness and more. During our journey together you will receive relevant books, articles, videos, recipes, guidance and more that is customized for your personal lifestyle.

This package includes twelve one-on-one sessions, two times per month via zoom.

My Wellness Approach

I have been an avid health enthusiast since I was a teenager, and was always looking for ways to be fit. At a very young age, I thought that health was all about outward appearance. Because of this I spent most of my teens and 20’s trying every fad diet known to man. It wasn’t until I embarked on life as an expat, coping with the uncertainties of moving countries every three years, did I realize that health was not physical, but it was about recognizing our wholeness in mind, body and soul. After having three children and changing careers in my 30s, I slowly started shifting my perspective on what health really meant to me. It suddenly became about living mindfully and more consciously from the inside out. That’s when I decided to dedicate myself to study a much deeper and more holistic approach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

My approach to wellness is a holistic all-inclusive approach.  As a Wellness Coach, I guide and mentor my clients and help them make wellness a priority.   On our journey together, we co-create a personalized path based on each individual’s goals. We will assess all areas of life: career, relationships, exercise, food, mindfulness and more, to see how all of these things affect overall well-being. The ultimate goal is to create habits that will bring harmony in all of these areas of life.  With a deeper understanding of what brings you into wholeness, we can all live more deeply connected and conscious lives.
